It's simple! Share your idea, logo, or photos, and our design team will create a free digital mockup within 1–2 business days. You can request unlimited revisions until you're 100% happy. Production only starts once you approve the design — that approval is what starts the clock, not your checkout.

There's no minimum — you can order just one shirt. Custom and bulk runs start at 10 pieces, and from there tiered discounts bring the per-piece price down as the quantity goes up — the exact saving depends on quantity, fabric and design, so just ask.

Sizing varies by product — adult Hawaiian shirts and polos start at S, and we also carry kids' sizes. Check the size guide at /size-guide/ for the exact range and measurements on the item you want. Every shirt is made to order, so we can accommodate most sizing needs.

Two clocks. Production runs 3–5 business days for catalogue items and 1–2 weeks for bulk or custom orders, counted from artwork/design approval rather than from checkout. Transit is separate and added on top: Standard 7–14, Express 6–11, Expedited 4–6 business days — the same domestically and internationally. Free shipping on retail orders over $99 (USA) or $200 (international), and every bulk order ships free worldwide whatever its value.

We use full sublimation printing, which means the design covers the entire shirt edge-to-edge. Colors are vibrant, won't crack or peel, and are machine-washable.

You never have to ship anything back to us — we don't take physical returns, and there's no restocking fee or return postage to worry about. If we got it wrong, you get a refund or a free replacement and you keep the original shirt. If it's a change of mind or the wrong size was ordered, you keep the shirt and we issue store credit.
